Requirements depend on the product and on the rules that apply. The general outline is:
- Create an account. Register for an account so your details and orders are in one place.
- Review the information. Read the pages on medical document and registration, practitioner assessment and eligibility and verification.
- Request a consultation where required. Where required, you can request a consultation. This is not available online yet.
- Independent assessment. A qualified practitioner assesses you independently. Where clinically appropriate, the relevant medical document is issued.
- Seller verification. The authorised seller receives and verifies the required registration documentation and confirms your registration status.
- Ordering. Access to purchasing is controlled according to the applicable business and regulatory requirements.
Every assessment is independent. We do not promise that a medical document will be issued.
