Where we ship
We ship to addresses within Canada. Enter your Canadian shipping address at checkout and the shipping option for your province or territory is shown in your order summary before you place your order.
Shipping charges
Shipping is a flat charge based on the province or territory you are shipping to. These are flat charges set by us. They are not live rates calculated by Canada Post.

How shipping is selected at checkout
At checkout, once your Canadian address is entered, the shipping method is shown as Canada Post with the flat charge for your destination, and it is added to your order total.
Order processing and payment verification
Orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer. After you place your order, send the exact order total and include your order number in the transfer message. Your order is processed after your payment has been manually verified, so it is not prepared before then. See the ordering guide for the steps.
Dispatch and delivery
Dispatch and delivery times have not been published on this website. If you need timing information before you order, please contact us and we will tell you what we can confirm for your order.
Tracking
When our team adds tracking information to an order, it appears in your order email and on the order page in your account. Tracking is not confirmed for every order, so if you would like to know whether tracking will be available, please contact us.
If an order is delayed or appears lost
Please contact us with your order number and we will look into it with you. If your order has not arrived when you expected, or tracking shows no movement, include those details in your message.
